  Terrible service every time. Food sits out too long so it feels plastic-y. Workers are rude & impolite. Had them do a cake one year for my brothers birthday & instead of doing the design we asked for they took one already designed and just wrote his name on it.

  I've had experience working in fast food, so I know that it isn't an easy job. I have visited this DQ multiple times during their summer hours. Every time I have went, it's been crazy busy! Most of the workers are running around trying to do multiple things at once to make sure each customer's requests have been made. The young man who took my order was very polite, and greeted me with a friendly smile. He messed up on my order at first, but quickly apologized and fixed it accordingly. He was very professional about it! I noticed a young lady coming out from the kitchen area sweating. I felt bad for her, knowing it must have been crazy hot working in the kitchen since it was fairly warm outside. While I was waiting for my food, a young lady with blue hair came out in lobby and answered the questions I had about their freshly made cakes. I also asked about their buster bars and dillies. She told me they were all freshly made and dipped by the workers. After that, she made sure the lobby area was nice and clean by sweeping and cleaning off the tables.
  I waited a while for my food, but once they called out my order number they apologized for the long wait. After I collected my stuff and was on my way out I was told by multiple workers to have a nice night.
  If you want freshly made cakes, dilly bars, buster bars, etc visit this DQ. They're products are delicious. The inside was a little dirty, which is why I won't rate them five stars. I will say that the staff was friendly and all of them were working and working great together. I have had nothing but good experiences there. Keep up the good work !!!

  Never go here, ever. This place has the worst service in the history of ever! The greasy pimple faced 17 year old behind the counter not only was extremely rude to the polite gal that already ordered, he also very slowly filled the orders in the incorrect order. Oh and by the way, he made my blizzard wrong. I repeat, never go here.
